SHOP POLICY

  1. Stellar Gear Works is not responsible for injury caused by misuse of our products. Our gear is not cleared for mobility purposes! Please exercise caution when using handles, pull-straps, d-rings, etc.

  2. Stellar Gear Works is not responsible for the misuse of patches or products for the labeling of service dogs, therapy dogs, emotional support animals, or other working animals. Please follow your local and federal law.

  3.  must be paid within 7 days! If you are unable to pay your invoice within 7 days, your order may be subject to cancelation! In addition, you may be asked to pay a small non-refundable fee that will be credited to your final total before submitting another form! Thank you for your understanding!

  4. Once invoices are paid, we can no longer guarantee changes to your order! Please double check the information on your mock-ups before placing your order! Once an invoice is paid, there are NO refunds!

  5.  If your gear is damaged, wrong, or missing parts, please contact me promptly, and we will figure out a solution!

  6. Stellar Gear Works reserves the right to recreate any mock-up/order unless explicitly asked otherwise.

  7. Stellar Gear Works reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  8. Stellar Gear Works reserves the right to alter or otherwise change pricing, product specifications, or offerings at any given time. For up to date information, please visit our Instagram page and view our highlights!

  9. Please double check your shipping address before paying your invoice. Stellar Gear Works can not ship to addresses other than ones listed when the invoice is paid.

  10.  Once orders are shipped, Stellar Gear Works is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep an eye on your tracking number! If you are having issues, please contact your local USPS or mail carrier!
